As co-owner of PEP Real Estate he has developed the biggest pop-up market spaces in the SoHo area of NYC. With 25 distinctive commercial properties he offers spaces for art galleries, retail stores, offices, lofts, restaurants, nightclubs, event parties and more. PEP Real Estate short for Property Enhancement Programs offers spaces in SoHo, the West Village, Brooklyn and China Town. They have co-publicity programs to off-set rental prices and landscapes including roof top prospects, gallery spheres, loft terrains, and penthouse backdrops located in the most sought after areas in America.
SohoJohnny founded and heads the nonprofit organization called “Let Me Help, Inc. The foundation was born during Covid after the passing of his mom due to the deadly virus. Let Me Help, Inc. Strives to help people whose lives and livelihoods have been affected in some way by an unforeseen circumstance, or illness by raising money through the celebration of music, laughter, and dance. Since its inauguration, it has raised money internationally for the starving children of the world, for anti-bullying, for cancer, care and awareness, and other causes. SohoJohnny has produced both virtually and live celebrity concerts in conjunction with artists, including: Sir Patrick Stewart, Ozzy Osbourne, Sharon Osbourne, Julian Lennon, Randy Edelman, Anthrax, Kenny Aronoff from John Mellencamp, Leland Sklar, and Jeff Goldbloom to name a few as well as international superstars throughout the world for the purpose of raising money and awareness.
The Tribeca Record label also founded by Johnny is a NY based independent music label who works with younger artists as well as iconic legends to build and curate their images and their relevance in today’s market. Some of the artists include multi-award winning composer Randy Edelman, the esteemed motion picture symphonist, and adult contemporary Pop artist who is responsible for creating over 100 scores for film and television, THE AMERICAN RELICS, a nostalgic rock group whose influences originated from the music of the 60s, 70s and 80s, but are still relevant in today’s market, Chicago based award winning, pop and house music singer Irene Michaels, World renowned violinist Daisy Jopling, Metal group Aetheria, country singer Jenny Grace, and more.
Soho At Night is a project of the heart. The late night television show places SohoJohnny as host of the biggest SoHo party on the planet. There he invites guests including Melba Moore, Lou Graham from Foreigner, Randy Edelman, Tony Orlando, Richie Cannata from Billy Joel’s band, Warren Haynes from the Allman Brothers, composer David Amram, politician and basketball Legend Bill Bradley, just to name a small few. The show is currently being edited, and it said to be released shortly.
As an executive movie producer SohoJohnny has produced and acted in “The Beast Inside” an exorcism based horror flick, “Skelly” with actor Brian Cox from the hit series Succession, and is in the midst of other productions. SohoJohnny is also planning future events that include a fashion week extravaganza, and the concert to take place at Carnegie Hall…..
