John “SohoJohnny” Pasquale, co-owner of Soho New York based PEP REAL ESTATE, the go-to place for Pop-Up galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and start-up businesses, and owner of the boutique label Tribeca Records, will be sending a message to honor the planet through the arts and the real estate culture on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025 in Times Square in celebration of the 55th anniversary of Earth Day.

PEP Real Estate is a full-service real estate company located at 51 Wooster Street in the Soho area of Manhattan. PEP provides services including sales, the leasing of retail sales, offices, lofts, restaurants, nightclubs, and event spaces. Property Enhancement Programs (PEP) offers a large array of Pop-Up spaces (one of the most sought after in NYC) as well as event management. John is also the Chairman at NY Commercial Services with over 30 years of expertise in owning, and managing commercial properties, facilitating sales and leasing transactions, and navigating the intricate real estate market of New York City.

Aside from Real Estate John is the driving force behind his trademark of SohoJohnny, an entrepreneur, an events producer, a movie producer, and a creative force in the entertainment world. He is also the owner of Tribeca Records who works with young artists to advise, build and grow careers in all areas.
