THE CORE: John “SohoJohnny” Pasquale “The Philanthropic Vision”
John Pasquale (lovingly also known as SohoJohnny) is right at the CORE of the philanthropic universe. As a visionary he produces some of the biggest benefit concerts known to mankind. The founder of the “Let Me Help, Inc” foundation was created by him as a tribute to his mom who passed from Covid early on during the pandemic.
As a foundation, the “Let Me Help, Inc” organization has already welcomed charities including Meals On Wheels and their Covid effort, Anti-Bullying through Creative Visions, Operation Warrior Shield giving service dogs to wounded veterans, and pancreatic cancer to name a few. However, SohoJohnny began his benevolent efforts even before “Let Me Help, Inc with organizations including The American Cancer Society as an ode to his dad.
His first endeavor was a 13-hour Disco Extravaganza where he enlisted celebrities including Harold Melville’s Blue Notes, Tavares, Deney Terrio, Sharon Brown, Monty Rock lll, Instant Funk, Constantine Maroulis, Double Exposure, Jimmie Bo Horne, Plant Patrol, and a vast array of others. This was followed by a Christmas Soirée which included artists such as Leon, Sister Kim Sledge, Michael Musto, Strafe, and others. The next event took place during the pandemic and was a 6-hour virtual party including huge celebrities like Sir Patrick Stewart, Jeff Goldblum, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, Julian Lennon, Jane Lynch, Slash, Rick Wakeman, John Lodge, Tony Moore, Scott Page, Stephen Perkins, Kenny Olsen, Kenny Aronoff, Mickey Burns, Leland Sklar, Howard Bloom, and limitless others.
Most recently SohoJohnny produced and hosted a live 9/11 20-year Anniversary 9/11 Tribute and Celebrity Benefit Concert Gala, joined by actor Mario Van Peebles, composer Randy Edelman, Felipe Rose, Sister Kim Sledge, Joey Belladonna, Rocky Kramer, April Rose Gabrielli, ARO Rose, Leon, and again too many to mention. Each of these events were done in the name of charity.
Aside from SohoJohnny’s philanthropic purpose he is also a successful entrepreneur, the CEO of Tribeca and Soho record labels, an actor, the host of “Soho At Night”, a new innovative talk show/live performance show, and other endeavors yet to come….
