Privacy policy

The contact and careers forms send the name, email address, topic and message you enter, plus a resume if you attach one. Each submission is delivered to John by email through Liberty Design Studio, which built and runs this site. The website itself does not keep a copy.

The mailing-list form in the footer is hosted by Twilio SendGrid and loads from its servers on every page. What you type into it goes to SendGrid under its privacy policy.

When the store is open, orders are paid through Stripe and fulfilled by Printful, which receive the order and shipping details they need. This site never sees card numbers.

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes routine request data such as IP address, browser information and timestamps to deliver and protect it. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.

We use what you send to answer you, consider your application or fulfil your order. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, with Google signals and ad personalization turned off. Google Analytics cookies are set only after consent for visitors in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, California, Quebec and wherever we cannot tell the location. Other visitors can turn them off at any time under Privacy choices below. A Global Privacy Control signal turns Google Analytics off everywhere.

Liberty Design Studio also counts page views and phone or email link clicks with a first-party counter. It sets no cookies; it keeps a random session ID in your browser tab, which is cleared when the tab closes, and does not track you across other sites.

Press and event pages can include YouTube and Spotify players. They load only when you press play; YouTube then plays from its privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. Once loaded, each player is governed by that service's privacy policy.
