About the venture

History, work, and current focus.

How PEP began

John and Ronald started PEP in SoHo and built the company around properties they knew firsthand. The business later expanded across Tribeca, the West Village, Downtown Brooklyn, and other downtown locations while keeping its headquarters on Wooster Street.

What the company does

PEP markets short- and long-term commercial properties for retailers, offices, restaurants, galleries, wellness businesses, creative companies, and event producers. The company also handles sales, acquisitions, and real-estate consulting.

Because many listings are owner-operated, tenants deal directly with the owners on questions of use, timing, and approvals.

Who should contact PEP

PEP is relevant to businesses seeking a downtown New York storefront, office, pop-up venue, production location, mixed-use property, or acquisition opportunity. Current listings include photography, floor plans, and virtual tours where available.
